Neha Shingane is an Associate Consultant at Social Strategy Associates, where she supports clients in organizational development, learning management, capacity building, and event planning.

Neha started her career as an attorney specializing in civil litigation until she transitioned her work to focus on mission driven initiatives. Most recently, Neha worked as a freelancer managing learning cohorts, creating training content, and producing podcasts for nonprofits and foundations advancing tech justice.

Neha is a graduate of Georgia Tech and Emory University. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University.
