Justin McIntosh is a Consultant at Social Strategy Associates, supporting client accounts through research, communications, material development, and day-to-day operations. He has supported SSA accounts focused on early childhood development and benefits access for marginalized populations.

Most recently, Justin was a finance associate at the Commonfund Institute and was involved in the implementation and management of all Institute activities including benchmark studies, DEI initiatives, and ESG research in the nonprofit institutional investor space. Prior to working at Commonfund, he served as a research assistant with Dr. H.S. Versey in the Community Health and Social Ecology Lab at Wesleyan University, where he utilized statistical analytics software to conduct research on the financial, geographic, and health trends of urban populations.

Justin is a graduate of Wesleyan University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a minor in East Asian Studies specializing in Chinese language and culture.
