Justin Goldbach
Justin Goldbach is the Founder and Managing Director of Social Strategy Associates LLC, a strategic philanthropy and social impact consultancy founded in 2013. He has worked with dozens of leading foundations and corporations to strengthen their community investment activities.
Justin regularly speaks on topics related to philanthropy, social innovation, and corporate social responsibility. For instance, he recently spoke on prize philanthropy at the National Center for Family Philanthropy annual conference and on innovative grantmaking at the Yale Philanthropy Conference.
Justin was a founding member of the Aspen Institute’s Center for Business Education, where he worked to integrate social, environmental, and ethical thinking into business school curricula. He founded the Aspen Institute’s Business & Society International MBA Case Competition, in which students enrolled at 25 business schools competed by tackling a real-life business dilemma with societal repercussions. The program ran for ten consecutive years and engaged over 10,000 students – now business leaders.
He serves on the board of Highwall, a social enterprise of West Virginia-based Coalfield Development Corporation, an economic development and job creation nonprofit.
Justin earned his Bachelor of Arts from New York University and Master of Science in Public Policy from the London School of Economics.
