Dorothy Chang

Dorothy Chang is an organizational designer, facilitator, and leadership coach who supports teams in applying a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) lens to the structures and practices that shape their everyday strategic and operational decision-making.

Dorothy has worked across the global nonprofit, philanthropic, and tech sectors for over a decade. She has led the design and implementation of key business functions – including systems for grants management, due diligence, talent management, employee giving programs, participatory strategy planning, participatory budgeting and more – at organizations like Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Crankstart Foundation, the University of Southern California, and Amazon.

Dorothy regularly speaks about DEI, change management, and social justice, including a recent engagement regarding workplace inclusion for the post-pandemic workforce at the National Association of Asian American Professionals Annual Leadership Conference.
